I'd used a shop bought colour box that did not go as planes and not only was Nicki calm from the start, but she listened to what I wanted and did a great job of getting me there... even with the colour mess she had to fix initially. I'm now a loyal Bojay customer. Thank you Nicki for making me look human again!! :)
